၁။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အကြောင်း
ကြိုပို့ App သည် ဖယ်ရီကား/ကျောင်းကား ဒရိုင်ဘာများနှင့် ဖယ်ရီစီးသူများအား ကား၏ Live တည်နေရာကို မျှဝေနိုင်စေသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ တာဝန်
- သင်၏ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နှင့် passcode ကို လုံခြုံစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
- တရားဝင် ဒရိုင်ဘာ၏ ခွင့်ပြုချက်မပါပဲ ၎င်း၏ အကောင့်ကို မသုံးရ
- App ကို မှားယွင်းသော တည်နေရာ ပြသရန် (သို့) လှည့်စားရန် မသုံးရ
၃။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း
စည်းကမ်းချိုးဖောက်ပါက အကြောင်းကြားခြင်းမရှိပဲ အကောင့်ကို ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့် ရှိသည်။
၄။ တာဝန်ယူမှု ကန့်သတ်ချက်
App ၏ GPS တိကျမှုသည် ဖုန်း၏ hardware၊ ကွန်ရက် အခြေအနေပေါ် မူတည်ပါသည်။ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ဆုံးရှုံးမှု၊ နှောင့်နှေးမှု၊ ပျောက်ဆုံးမှု များအတွက် တာဝန် မယူပါ။

1. About the Service
KyoPoat is a service that lets ferry/school bus drivers share the live location of their vehicle with passengers.
2. User Responsibilities
- Keep your phone number and passcode secure
- Do not use another driver's account without authorization
- Do not use the app to broadcast false locations or deceive others
3. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
GPS accuracy depends on phone hardware and network conditions. We are not liable for losses, delays, or missed connections resulting from use of the service.
