၁။ စုဆောင်းသည့် ဒေတာ အမျိုးအစားများ
- Location (တည်နေရာ) — Precise GPS location။ ဒရိုင်ဘာက Trip စတင်ထားချိန်တွင်သာ စုဆောင်းသည်။ Trip ပြီးလျှင် ရပ်တန့်သည်။
- Name (အမည်) — ဒရိုင်ဘာ၏ ဖော်ပြအမည် (passenger များ မှတ်မိရန်)။
- Phone number (ဖုန်းနံပါတ်) — အကောင့် ဖန်တီးရန်နှင့် sign-in အတွက်။
- Vehicle information (ယာဉ်နံပါတ်) — passenger များ မှန်ကန်သော ကားကို ရှာဖွေနိုင်ရန်။
- Trip data — ခရီးစဉ်အမည်၊ စတင်ချိန်၊ ပြီးဆုံးချိန်၊ လမ်းကြောင်း။
၂။ ဒေတာ အသုံးပြုပုံ
- Passenger များအား ကား၏ Live တည်နေရာ ပြသရန် (App functionality)
- ဒရိုင်ဘာအား Trip စီမံခန့်ခွဲခွင့် ပေးရန် (Account management)
- လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် မလိုလားအပ်သော အသုံးပြုမှု တားဆီးရန် (Fraud prevention & security)
၃။ ဒေတာ မျှဝေခြင်း
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် သင်၏ ဒေတာကို မည်သည့် third party ကိုမှ မမျှဝေ၊ မရောင်းချပါ။ ကြော်ငြာအတွက်လည်း အသုံးမပြုပါ။
Trip တစ်ခုသည် "Active" ဖြစ်နေချိန်တွင်သာ ၎င်း၏ live တည်နေရာကို trip link ရရှိသူများ မြင်နိုင်သည် (app ၏ core function)။ Trip ပြီးဆုံးသည်နှင့် ပြင်ပ မြင်ခွင့် ချက်ချင်း ရပ်တန့်သည်။
၄။ ဒေတာ လုံခြုံရေး
- ဒေတာ အားလုံးကို HTTPS/TLS ဖြင့် encrypted in transit ပို့ဆောင်သည်။
- Server-side တွင် Row-Level Security ဖြင့် ကာကွယ်ထားသည်။
၅။ ဒေတာ ထိန်းသိမ်းချိန်
- GPS တည်နေရာများ — Trip ပြီးပြီးနောက် ၃၀ ရက်အတွင်း ဖျက်သိမ်းသည်။
- အကောင့် ဒေတာ — သင်က ဖျက်ရန် တောင်းဆိုသည့်အခါ ဖျက်ပေးသည်။
၆။ သင်၏ အခွင့်အရေး
- အကောင့်နှင့် ဒေတာအားလုံးကို ဖျက်ရန် — Delete Account page
- ဒေတာ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ဖျက်ရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်သည်။

1. Data We Collect
- Location — Precise GPS location, collected only while a driver has an active Trip. Collection stops the moment the Trip ends.
- Name — Driver's display name so passengers can identify them.
- Phone number — Used to create the account and to sign in.
- Vehicle information — Vehicle number so passengers can find the correct bus/ferry.
- Trip data — Trip name, start/end timestamps, route history.
2. How We Use Data
- To show passengers the live location of the vehicle (app functionality)
- To let drivers manage their own trips (account management)
- To prevent abuse and maintain service security (fraud prevention & security)
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party, and we never use it for advertising.
While a trip is in the "Active" state, anyone with the trip link can view its live location — this is a core function of the app. Once the trip ends, public visibility is removed immediately.
4. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Server-side access is protected with Row-Level Security policies.
5. Data Retention
- GPS locations — deleted within 30 days after a trip ends.
- Account data — deleted upon your request.
6. Your Rights
- Request full account & data deletion via our Delete Account page.
- Request deletion of a subset of your data by contacting us.
